Latest success: a terrific new book, with tips for a healthy no complex lifestyle, “because 70 % of your body is made with what you eat and 30 % with what you do at the gym club”. Far from the usual diktats, she delivers her Bible, The Healthy Guide by Caroline Bassac, a “turn-key” book with easy to follow sports that don’t require a coach as well as seasonal menus. Frankly, you have no more excuses for not looking like a bombshell.

Start by avoiding industrial products! It’s a super simple gesture, and one that really makes a difference !

Completely against, because in the long run they are totally useless, according to me.
How to repair major damage when you binged all weekend long?
By going back to your good habits starting on Monday. Side-stepping can happen and it’s healthy as long as its occasional. Start by drinking warm lemon water as soon as you wake up to detoxify your body and get back on track with your good habits all week long.
The elements to banish?
Industrial products and red meats should be avoided as much as possible.
The indispensables to have in your icebox ?
Bottled mineral water, lemon, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes, red fruit, soja milk, salade. This is what I systematically buy when I go grocery shopping.
A small efficient sports planning, easy to stick to and without equipment, for a slightly lazy Parisienne?

Step 1. Burpee x15. Start with a squat, then place your two hands in front of you and pull back your feet. Then replace your feet in front, and again in the squat position—finishing by a vertical jump. Rest 1 minute.
Step 2.Knee hiking sumo x20. Run on the spot and raise your knees on the outside of your elbows. Rest 1 minute.
Repeat each step 3 times before stretching.
A small tip to be motivated when you have no time and are low on energy?
There exist « TABATA » sessions that take only 4 minutes, they are very efficient. I mention several in my book...
A small light but delicious recipe when you feel like cracking?
Protein pancakes with banana : Porridge oats, Eggs, Soja Milk, Banana and chemical yeast: a guiltless delight !
Ingredients for 12 pancakes:
- 8 egg whites
- 2 whole eggs
- 200g of porridge oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 sachet of chemical yeast
- 100g of soja milk
Start by mixing the oats in order to obtain a flour-like powder. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl. No need to set aside, you can directly cook your pancakes in a well-heated pan. Think of greasing your pan with coconut oil (or sunflower). To taste these marvels, I suggest adding a few slices of bananas as well as a dash of maple syrup and if you have some, a few crumbs of praline : pure delight!
