Muffins with Roquefort SOCIETE and grapes

For stylish happy hour between friends, muffins with Roquefort Société® cheese is the easy tip to impress the crowds and spend a good evening !

Step 1

Dip the grapes in wine during at least one hour (even one night).

Preheat the over to 180°C.

Melt the butter.

Step 2

Whip the egg with the cream and add the melted butter in 3 times whipping continuously.

Step 3

Drain the grapes and cut the Roquefort SOCIETE® in cubes. In a big bowl, mix the flour and the yeast, then add the grapes and Roquefort SOCIETE®.

Step 4

Make a little well in the centre and pour the mixture of egg/cream/butter. Quickly mix to form a dough. Careful not to work the dough to much in order to avoid the muffins hardening.

Step 5

Deposit 1 tablespoon of dough in the moulds butter beforehand. Bake for 15 min. Wait 5 min before unmolding and serve.

Ingredients

-       150g of Roquefort SOCIETE® in slices or cubes 100 g dry raisins

-       100 ml of white wine

-       30 g of soft butter + 20 g to butter the molds

-       150 g of liquid fresh cream

-       150 g of white flour

-       1 egg

-       ½ sachet of yeast (about 5g)
