Valentine gave us the secrets of her signature recipe which is all the rage at Fan de Carotte : a cake as healthy as it is gourmet, super soft, with grated carrots , mmmmhhh!
For a large cake of 27 cm.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Butter the mold .
- Sift all the ingredients for the dry mixture. Add the grated carrots , mix.
- Mix the wet ingredients separately. Whisk well.
- Pour over the dry mixture and gently mix everything with a maryse .
- Transfer to the cake tin and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. The blade of your knife should come out almost dry and the top of the cake should be nicely golden.
NB: the spice blend comes from Nomie épices . On the program: cinnamon, ginger, pepper, anise, tonka and cloves. Enough to perfume the whole kitchen with a sweet spicy smell.
