As beautiful as they are delicious , these little apple-cinnamon pies in the shape of roses and ultra easy to make will be the stars of a meal with friends.
For 6-8 people
Heat the water with the caster sugar , the cinnamon stick and the cinnamon powder .
Bring to a gentle boil for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, remove the core of the apples and cut them into slices about 1 mm thick. Cut these slices in 2 then place them in the light cinnamon syrup . Stop cooking, cover and let stand for a 10th of minutes.

Place this 1st rose in a buttered muffin tin beforehand.
Repeat the operation then cook for 30 minutes at 180 °.
Exit the oven, wait a few minutes before unmolding.
Sprinkle with icing sugar just before serving.
