McDonald's does not have a monopoly on this furiously good US ice cream. A few ingredients and a good foodporn desire are enough to concoct this delicious dessert .
For 1 portion
Place the yogurt in the freezer 2 hours before dessert time.
When ready to serve, crush a few peanuts and melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave with a little milk .
Place the frozen yogurt in a small bowl, whip it with a teaspoon to get an ice cream appearance . Pour the melted chocolate over the yogurt and sprinkle with crushed peanuts .
Peanut butter home is very easy to do. In a blender or chopper, mix unsalted peanuts . You then have two options: mix until smooth and obtain a homogeneous butter or on the contrary, stop a little before for a crunchy peanut butter .
Place in a jar and store in the refrigerator. This homemade peanut butter will keep for 1 month in the refrigerator and 1 week at room temperature.
