This tomato and strawberry tart on a background of St Môret® will brighten up your summer evenings.

Unroll the dough on a baking sheet to pre-bake it for 10 minutes at 200 ° C.
During this time, wash the tomatoes , remove the stems and cut them into 5mm slices.
Coat the precooked dough with St Môret® , add the finely chopped onion , sprinkle with thyme , arrange the tomatoes .
Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and bake at 190 ° C for 15 minutes.
Take out of the oven with pepper and salt , add a few slices of strawberries and basil .
