Do you know the Australian burger?

A very special recipe using skirt steak beef, pineapple, cheddar and bacon—a big hit in Sydney that titillates the taste buds of all the surfers along the coral reef coast...

Preparation :

Heat up a pan, seize the skirt steak on a high flame, 1 to 2 minutes on each side according to the degree of cooking wished, salt, pepper and allow to sit for 3 minutes under a sheet of aluminium paper before cutting into strips.

Slightly golden the slices of pineapple and bacon, cook the eggs sunny side up, cut the burger breads in half and allow them to grill, mixing the mayonnaise and the ketchup.

Pile up the burger layers: spread the sauce on the base of the breads, place the lettuce, beet, skirt steak strips, cheddar, bacon and egg, sprinkle with fried onions and close with the tops.

Serve the skirt steak beef burgers Australian style, along with potato chips.

- 500 g of shirt steak beef thickly cut

- 4 slices of cooked beet

- 4 slices of pineapple

- 4 nice leaves of lettuce

- 4 slices of bacon

- 4 slices of cheddar

- 1 tablespoon of fried onions

- 4 burger breads

- 4 eggs

- 4 teaspoons of mayonnaise

- 4 teaspoons of ketchup

- Salt and ground pepper
