Cobb Salade Ralph

Yum: the wildly Hamptons-style US restaurant finally unveils its cobb salad recipe.

Preparation:

Cook the eggs in a pot filled with warm water for about 10 minutes.

Remove, peel and cut in rounded shapes.

Pan fry the bacon until it is crispy.

Mince the chicken and then also pan fry.

Wash, drain and cut the salad.

Cut the tomatoes in rounded shapes, slice up the avocado and dice the Roquefort.

Present the salad as you wish, without forgetting the Roquefort! Then season as you wish.

1 hard boiled egg

Assortment of old-fashioned tomatoes

3 slices of bacon

1 filet of grilled chicken

1/2 avocado

1 Roquefort

Vinaigrette sauce served separately

1l of balsamic vinegar

4l of olive oil

1 tablespoon of mustard

Salt, pepper
