A spicy coffee just like in the local “bled”

A spicy « kawa » coffee. Or the recipe for a Moroccan coffee excerpted from the cookbook Alimentation générale by Abdel Alaoui published by Editions La Martinière.

For 4 persons

Preparation: 5 minutes

Infusion: 10 minutes

1. Boil 1 litre of water.

2. Away from the flame, add the ground coffee and all the spices. Mix and allow to infuse 10 minutes before filtering.

3. Serve with a little honey or cassonade brown sugar.
