Calamari or nothing !


Calamari definitely have a holiday taste, especially if they are served with a little bit of garlic as a salad. It is high time to start your own preparation...

For 2 persons

Dry the calamari with a paper towel. Heat the oil in a big pan. Cook the calmari until it’s nice and tender. Add the garlic and the pimento during the last minutes of cooking. Remove from the fire and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Season with salt.

Serve with black quinoa, fresh avocado, coriander and the cucumber marinade.

For the cucumber marinade:

Marinate the cucumber with the rice vinegar, the water, the sugar and the salt , covered for at least 30 min.

- 350g of fresh, sliced calamari

- 1 tablespoon of colza oil

- 2 minced garlic cloves

- 1 red pimento, cut into thin slices
