A gourmet tartine with fresh goat cheese, broad beans and Apricots from our Regions

Tartine Gourmande Au Chevre

To savor on a terrace, at happy hour or with friends, the  tartine with fresh goat cheese, broad beans and apricots is the summer treat to try urgently.

Step 1

Toast the bread for 8 to 10 minutes at 200°C. Wash the apricots, cut them in half and remove the pits.

Step 2

Dice up the apricots is small squares. Spread the goat cheese on the bread.

Step 3

Add a few broad beans and apricot squarest. Sprinkle with thin layers of onion and a few sprouts.

Taste immediately, along with a few leaves of arugula.

Ingredients for 4 tartines :

4 nice slices of bread

3 Apricots from our Regions

1 handful of fresh broad beans (or frozen and defrozen)

250 g of fresh goat cheese

A few germinated sprouts

1 minced spring onion in fine strips

As a side:

A few leaves of arugula
