High Instagrammable potential in sight… The Blue Latte , straight from the trendiest veggie restaurant in Paris, Maison Nomade , is as beautiful as it is good. Its good virtues? The antioxidant properties of spirulina . We love it!
For the lavender / vanilla syrup:
- Pour in a saucepan two cups of sugar for one cup of water, a vanilla bean split in half and lavender petals .
- Bring to a boil, let boil for ten minutes. Once the syrupy consistency is obtained, you finally have your syrup !
For the Blue Latte:
- Pour a teaspoon of blue spirulina in a cup then a small drop of hot water to dilute the powder and then add a tablespoon of syrup .
- At the same time, froth your almond milk (homemade at Maison Nomade ) then pour the hot milk over your spirulina / syrup mixture.
Small detail that makes the difference: some cornflower petals on the moss.
