How to make the incredible Blue Latte by Maison Nomade?

PREPARATION :

For the lavender / vanilla syrup:

  • Pour in a saucepan two cups of sugar for one cup of water, a vanilla bean split in half and lavender petals .
  • Bring to a boil, let boil for ten minutes. Once the syrupy consistency is obtained, you finally have your syrup !

For the Blue Latte:

  • Pour a teaspoon of blue spirulina in a cup then a small drop of hot water to dilute the powder and then add a tablespoon of syrup .
  • At the same time, froth your almond milk (homemade at Maison Nomade ) then pour the hot milk over your spirulina / syrup mixture.
