A breaded fish for foodies ... We love this delicate filet of carrelet seared with pistachio , served with small vegetables roasted in the oven.

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes

For 4 people

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.

Wash and cut off the heads of the broccoli and Romanesco cabbage . Place them on the baking sheet covered with baking paper. Drizzle with olive oil then salt and pepper .

Bake for 30 minutes of cooking and remember to mix them regularly.

Meanwhile, finely crush the pistachios and place them in a deep plate.

Dry the plaice fillets with absorbent paper then cover them with olive oil . Sprinkle them with crushed pistachios then roll them on themselves. Then cover them again with crushed pistachios and place them in a dish.

Drizzle with olive oil then salt and pepper . 15 minutes before the end of cooking the vegetables, place the fish on the top plate of the oven (above the vegetables).

Cook the remaining 15 minutes. Serve it all with a squeeze of lemon juice .
