Scallops twisted with vanilla and lemon: the gourmet and furiously light dish for Christmas feasts

For 4 persons

Put the scallops in the freezer for 20 min.

Mix the oil and the vanilla seeds.

With the help of a sharp knife, cut the scallops in thin slices and place them in 4 plates. Pour on the vanilla oil.

Sprinkle the plates with lemon zest and diced up green lemon.

Season with the fleur de sel “Le Guérandais and a little bit of white pepper according to taste. Serve fresh.
