Well-seasoned pork ribs, a real treat !
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Resting time: 4 hours
Cooking time: 40/45 minutes
Cut the pork ribs into chunks.
Peel the garlic cloves and chop in half.
Cut the lemon into slices
Mix the honey, olive oil, lemon juice, a clove of chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
Baste the pork pieces with this marinade.
Place in a dish plat all the pieces of basted meat.
Divide the lemon slices in the dish and place the other garlic cloves.
Cover the dish with plastic film and place it in the icebox for at least 4 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Remove the film protecting the dish. Placer the dish in the over and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve the pork ribs with small potatoes.
To be enjoyed with a fresh Spring beer.
