  • 190g flour
  • ½ packet baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Icing :

  • 115g powdered sugar
  • 28g lemon juice
  • Zest of ½ lemon, sliced

The recipe

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk sugar with softened butter until the mixture turns pale, then gradually add the eggs one by one.
  3. Add yogurt, vanilla, lemon juice, and zest, then mix. The batter will have a crumbly texture.
