After 5 years studying law and biology in Berlin, Maximilian settled in Paris after graduation and launched in 2009 with his wife Adeline Grange, Detox Delight in France, an online concept that delivers your detox menu for the day, fresh and organic.
The goal: show to the French that healthy eats can be delicious! He delivers the address, tips and products for a really successful detox.

Board strengthening on the elbows. This exercise enables to muscle abs and the bust line. It’s a rather soft exercise because it does not require directly loading the muscles. It works on muscular contraction of the abs– ideal during a Detox cure because it’s a soft exercice.

Kale is the star veggie in New York. It has incredible nutritional qualities since it’s filled with anti-oxidants, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K and minerals. This greenery also provides lots of proteins.
My detox recipe

My thai carrot soup !
Ingredients:
1.5 kg of carrots / 1 L of coconut water / 2 tablespoons of chopped lemongrass / 1 red onion / 1 garlic clove / 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander / 1 teaspoon of curry / salt / pepper.
Pan-fry the onions and garlic with easy to digest coconut oil. Add the curry and the carrots that you will have peeled and cut into small cubes. Pour the coconut water and cook for 30 minutes. Add the chopped lemon grass and coriander before blending all together.
Salt with moderation, pepper, enjoy.

- To start off my cure, I can only think of detox from head to foot: organic products, essential bath oils, naturally scented candles...

- I drink lots of water as soon as I wake up (preferably Hepar ou Evian)
