Stylish happenings to celebrate organic

It had been wisely waiting to reveal its flavors for 5 years, in the cellars of Nicolas Feuillatte . “ This wine is rare because of its sourcing of organic grapes, and exclusive because it follows very demanding specifications, both in the management of the vineyard and during its production ,” confides Cellar Master Guillaume Roffiaen .

To celebrate this first Organic Collection organic cuvée , the house's flagship offers sensory, digital and educational experiences from April 25 to 30 around portraits of winegrowers with video testimonials on their profession and their commitment, as well as a one-on-one virtual head with Guillaume Roffiaen .

This new champagne, what do we think?

Ok, it's organic. But is it good? Composed of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay , the answer is: yes!

True balance between the North and the South of the appellation, it develops aromas of quince jelly and cherry pits on the nose . On the palate, there are harmonious flavors of warm brioche, mirabelle plum and fresh pomegranate. “ Its mineral character goes wonderfully with a salmon gravlax or a cheese platter as an aperitif ”, advises Guillaume Roffiaen. A success.

Meet at 254 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, Paris 75008, from Monday April 25 to Saturday April 30, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. non-stop. To book your free tasting workshop, go to the website:
