Tasty onion tapas

Here is a super easy recipe that will give your happy hours a little boost.

Preparation: 10 min

Cooking time: 15 min

Recipe for the cake crusts:

Preheat the over to 160°C. Peel and finely chisel the yellow onion.

In a salad bowl, pour the flour, the chemical yeast and a pinch of salt and pepper. Form a little well. In the middle, pour the eggs, the oil, the yogurt and the mustard.

Mix the ingredients in the middle of the well then slowly incorporate the flour.

As soon as the dough is homogenous, add the chiseled onion and the grated cheese.

Pour in small containers (boat-shaped cooking paper holders) at 2/3 of the height and bake for 15 minutes.

Preparing the garnishing:

Chop up the herbs and the red onion. Incorporate with the fresh cheese and pepper according to taste.

When the cakes have cooled down, cover with this garnishing.

Ingredients (20 mini cakes):

1 yellow onion from our regions

1 red onion from our regions

100 g of flour

½ sachet of chemical yeast

2 eggs

4 cl of oil

70 g de yogurt

1 tablespoon of old fashioned mustard

40 g of grated cheese (Cantal, Comté)

200 g of fresh cheese

1 small bouquet of fresh herbs (parsley, chervil, tarragon)

Salt, green or 5 berries pepper
