Stoney Clove Bakery: the real US pastry in Paris

Film director Philip Andelman (husband of Sarah, the boss of Colette) and pastry chef Beth Bejh unravel the great sweet classics of Uncle Sam, from the most mainstream to the most niche. Result, all the trendy expats show up here. The American Dream in one mouthful.

The must-taste sweet treat. Peanut butter, milk chocolate, oatmeal raisin, M&M’s, chocolate chip cookies… deffo the best cookies in Paris—ten recipes in total. Crunchy sur on the edges, melting inside #yummy. Even more a killer? The cookie-sandwiches linked with ice cream. And lets not forget, the devilish Twinkie, a house variation of the famous industrial brand of génoise stuffed with cream. Just the kind of junk food we love.
