Mediteranean buffet of the Brach Hotel Brunch in Paris

It’s the address creating the buzz in the western part of the capital. This 5 star belonging to the Evok group recently opened its doors on the elegant Rue de la Pompe. Imagine a deluxe hotel where chill is king, installed in a 70’s former mail sorting facility revisited by Philippe Starck.

The place

 Hotel Brach brunch including a terrace of 350 m², a sports club with pool, a cocktails bar and a rooftop-vegetable garden with a breathtaking view on all of Paris.

And this new spot offers many heart-throb assets: a terrace of 350 m², a sports club with pool, a cocktails bar and a rooftop-vegetable garden with a breathtaking view on all of Paris. The Sunday brunch, for its part, is served in the superb dining room. There, you run into all the jet-set and local VIPs: David Hallyday and his daughters, Cristina Cordula

On the programme of treats

Mediteranean brunchwith buffet  including  houmous with caviar lemon, poutargue, tarama with truffle, tzatziki, but also shoulder of lamb with zaatar, braided mozzarella di bufala, Lebanese bread, no gluten focaccia with Kalamata olives, assortments of crunch and colourful veggies, a wide array of refined cheese

A brunch that rivals with all those offered in the 5 stars of Paris, with added coolness and a relaxed ambiance. So just come settle around the large communal table or nestle on the banquettes.

While the friendly staff brings all the beverages to the table (pomegranate juice, mineral water, coffee, tea), guests serve themselves on the huge buffet-bar that gives onto the kitchen orchestrated by Adam Bentalha.

The result is a Sunday under the sign of the Mediterranean Sea: houmous with caviar lemon, poutargue, tarama with truffle, tzatziki, but also shoulder of lamb with zaatar, braided mozzarella di bufala, Lebanese bread, no gluten focaccia with Kalamata olives, assortments of crunch and colourful veggies, a wide array of refined cheese…

And let’s not forget the great classics: viennoiseries, eggs prepared on the spot, instant waffle. The must? A counter like in a real pastry shop where you can choose your cake: cream puff, mille-feuille, éclair, raspberry tart…

A 100 % kids friendly brunch since children are taken upstairs with a menu of their own and amused with special activities so they can have fun while you enjoy your Sunday. Real luxury.
