Even if nothing lets guess it, this delicious Neapolitan trattoria of Saint-Germain-des-Prés is 100% gluten free . Celiac herself, chef Giulia Guarino makes her homemade gnocchi, ravioli and tagliatelle from rice and corn flour. It also sources its dry pasta delivered directly from Italy.

To test : maccheroni with sundried tomato and lemon pesto, casarecce with mushrooms or pepperoni and olive paccheri. The menu changes every week, count 13-17 €.

Open for lunch Tuesday and Wednesday, and lunch and dinner from Thursday to Saturday.
