An organic address : Naturalia
I love browsing around the Naturalia shelves, and discovering new ingredients that could inspire me for new recipes ... As a green fan, I always find marvels.
I discovered Herbmare, a mix of sea salt, vegetables and spices. Ideal to use on a daily basis because it contains less salt. It is extraordinary to perfume most dishes or water to boil noodles for example.
My children are already addicted to it. I also discovered seaweed food, it's delicious when mixed with green noodles. But also Lin Doré seeds that I mix with cottage cheese which is excellent for the health!
Or even germinating seeds (and the Germinator), in particular Alfafa to brighten up my salads. Words from a green-addict!
