What hotel would you suggest to a foreigner in Paris ?
The Caron de Beaumarchais hotel on rue Vieille-du-Temple! I'm not quite sure why, but I find it has a baroque touch in this authentic and trendy Marais. This hotel is timeless, I always wanted to spend the night there but maybe the rooms are not up to par with the expectations one has looking at the outside facade.
