My Restaurant : Cru
At the moment, it's Cru, in the Saint Paul village.
Obviously, one eats raw foods, unusual carpaccios (the fennel carpaccio, for example), but also things cooked à la plancha. Everything is perfectly light. The chef makes sure that all the aromas are respected for each dish. And it's not even expensive. This restaurant will become a sure value and I love the idea of being one of their first regulars. In fact my taste buds start salivating just by writing about Cru.
Lunch menu: 19 EUR
A la carte menu: 35-40 EUR
