A soft perfume of spices has taken over the culinary workshops of Alain Cirelli for a special Indian week celebrating Kumbhamela, the important religious ceremony in honor of the four sacred cities of  India.

Veggies, coco milk, curry… Learn how to use exotic savors with an Indian chef, who animates in English four workshops of vegetarian cuisine followed by a tasting of the prepared dishes.
